Franklin 9.1 Release Notes

Release Goal: The goal of this release was to add a Custom Report.

The following enhancements and modifications were made since version 9.1.3 and 9.1.5 BETA.

New Feature

• Eligibility Composite Report - We have created a new report that displays a summary of all student eligibility counts, organized by application type.

Release Goal: The goal of this release was to address various defects in the program.

The following enhancements and modifications were made since version 9.1.3.

Fixes

• Fixed a bug that caused DataCenter sync to fail due to changes for a different bug.

• Fixed a bug that was failing to complete the “Detach DC Sibling” process when a Primary recipient was incorrectly attached to another Primary recipient. Now when a DC Sibling is attached to a primary, the button reads “Link to Primary Sibling” and when detaching a sibling, the button reads “Unlink from Primary Sibling”. The process will not allow attachment to another Primary. Changes will not be applied until the Apply or Ok button have been selected.

• Fixed a bug that was incorrectly adding students who are Verify for Cause after the November 15 date to section 5-8 of the FNS-742.

Fixes

• Fixed a bug in the Sibling Link query to check for a valid case number before applying an associated status.

• Fixed a bug in Verification Selection letters that was queueing separate letters for CEP Siblings.
