Audit Reports & Tools

 

Overview

The Audit Reports & Tools section allows you to create Add & Drop, Independent Application Review Details, Merged Students, and Status Change reports.

 



From the Reports tab, locate and click on Audit Reports & Tools.

The following Audit Reports & Tools Reports now have the ability to "Run for each school in the school filter." This allows the report to be run separately for each school while grouping the entire District together in one file for ease of printing and distribution.

  • Adds & Drops
  • Merged Students
  • Status Changes

 


Adds & Drops

  1. From the Reports tab, locate Audit Reports & Tools. Then, select Adds & Drops.
  2. Establish report criteria. Then, click Ok.

Independent Application Review Details

An Independent Application Review has been added to the system in accordance with the Federal Register Vol. 79, No. 25 for school Districts susceptible to high risk of administrative error during certification, verification, and other administrative processes. The Independent Review process allows you to select a percentage of Free, Reduced, and/or Denied applications to pass through an independent/secondary review process prior to status approval.

  1. From the Reports tab, locate Audit Reports & Tools. Then, select Independent Application Review Details.
  2. Establish report criteria. Then, click Ok.

Merged Students

  1. From the Reports tab, locate Audit Reports & Tools. Then, select Merged Students.
  2. Establish report criteria. Then, click Ok.

Status Change

  1. From the Reports tab, locate Audit Reports & Tools. Then, select Status Change.
  2. Establish report criteria. Then, click Ok.
