Running the Scalable Recipe Report

Running a Scalable Recipe report has different steps depending on if you are scaling an individual item or an entire menu plan. For items, a new window opens where the user makes changes before running the Scalable Recipe report. For menu plans, the menu plans appear on the same page, and it is up to user how many menu plans are included in the report.

Scalable Report for an Item
This screen displays the results of the searched recipe based on the criteria entered.

Item ID
The Item ID field displays the item ID searched.
Item Description
The Item Description field displays the description of the item searched.
Recipe Card #
The Recipe Card # field displays the recipe card number of the item searched.
Qty
The Qty field is a text field that allows you to enter the number of items you want to scale, the default being
1.
Measure
Use the Measure drop-down menu to select which type of measurement you want to use for scaling.
Production Yield
The Production Yield field displays the production yield of the recipe item searched.
Scale
Click Scale to display a Scalable Recipe report based on the criteria entered.

Scalable Report for Menu Plans
After clicking Search, a list of results appears below the entered search criteria. To run a Scalable Recipe report, select at least one menu plan from the list by clicking the check box next to it. You can select multiple menu plans by clicking multiple check boxes, and you can select all of the menu plans in the list at once by clicking Check All .

Check All
Click Check All to select all of the menu plans in the list for the Scalable Recipe report.
Site
The Site column displays the site of the searched menu plan.
Date
The Date column displays the date of the searched menu plan.
Menu Type
The Menu Type column displays the menu type of the searched menu plan.
View Scaled Report
Click View Scaled Report to generate a Scaled Recipe Report for the selected menu plans.
Cancel
The Cancel button terminates any requests to search for a scalable report and returns you back to the Item
Management page.
