9. Set Par Levels

One of the optional ways that the program determines what to automatically order is by Par Levels.When an item count drops below a certain quantity, the item will be automatically added to the Order List.

Step 1 - To set the Par leveld, or re-order level, select Maintenance > Order Par Levels.

Step 2 - To add an item, enter the Catalog Number or Item Description.



Step 3 - To remove an item, right click on the Item, and click the Remove button.



Step 4 - Enter Minimum and Maximum quantities by clicking in the appropriate row and typing in the value.
The minimum and maximum quantities are specified by units, not cases.
