Management Reports


Overview

The Management Reports section allows you to create reports in order to better manage staff productivity.



From the Reports tab, locate and click on Management Reports. You may choose to print or export the report. After you have finished printing or exporting, click Close Print Preview.


Scanning Q/A Time by User

The Scanning Q/A Time by Users report can be run to track labor hours for individual or all application processors.

  1. From the Reports tab, select Management Reports. Then, click Scanning Q/A Time by User.
  2. Establish report criteria. Then, click Ok.

    Date Range (inclusive) - Use the calendar tools to include a From and to date range.
    UserClick the magnifier icon to select a specific user or group. By default, (all Users) is selected.
    Options - By default, Include Details by Batch is selected.

User Activity Log

The User Activity Log displays application and scanning activity and action type/reason performed for a record including comments. You may select a single user or all users.

  1. From the Reports tab, click on Management Reports. Then, select User Activity Log.
  2. Establish report criteria. Then, click Ok.

Date Range (inclusive) - Use the calendar tools to include a From and to date range.
Show Activity for UserClick the magnifier icon to select a specific user or group. By default, (all Users) is selected.
Options - Select one or more options to include in the report.
