The ability to capture customer photographs from a serving line is now available if photo capture equipment is available.
Location:
Newton POS
From the Reports & Letters tab, locate Central Office. Then, select Items Sold to Inactive Students.
Step 1: From the Point of Sale main customer menu, select the appropriate customer.
Step 2: In the Sales menu, click the Take Photo button.
Step 3: The customer will appear in the Preview window. Click the Snap Picture button once the customer has stopped moving.
Step 4: If you need to retake the photograph, click the Snap Picture button again. If the photograph is acceptable, click Ok.
The customer's photograph will appear in the Sales menu. Continue with normal procedures.
Once the sale has been completed, you will also see the customer's photograph appear in the Point of Sale main customer menu.
