Associations are user-defined relationships between an item or inventory category and a Critical Control Point (CCP).
The View All Associations page lists all items and inventory categories for which associations exist.
Item ID
The Item ID is the ID number of the item for which an association exists. Click the Item ID to see detailed association information for the item.
Description
The Description matches the description entered for the item for which an association exists.
Operational Step
The Operational Step describes the process for preparing or storing the associated item.
Critical Control Point
The Critical Control Point (CCP) describes where the careful steps should be taken to ensure food safety.
Edit
Click Edit to open the Association Wizard and edit the selected item association.
X
Click X to delete an item association.
Add New
Click Add New to open the Association Wizard and add an item association to list of all associations.
Cancel
Click Cancel to return to the HACCP page.
