SignalR Implementation
The system will use Azure SignalR Service (PaaS) instead of the existing message relay system in MCS Cloud.

New Feature
Online Application Counts Report
The Online Application Counts Report will tell you if you have new applications that have been pulled into the system by MySchoolApps and require attention. This report can be emailed. The report contains three sections: Needs Attention, Activity for [Date Range], Year-to-Date Counts.

WebSMARTT Export
We have updated the WebSMARTT Export to better reflect applications that are marked I Do Not Qualify or Declining Benefits.
