Newton 10.1.5 BETA - January 17, 2020

Release Summary

The goal of this release was to add the ability to import bank deposits, establish a report override for attendance calculation, improve performance of the Federal Edit Check when using specific “Claim At” rules, and correct a bug in the Reimbursable Meals Served report.

New Features

  • Added attendance calculation method applied to various reports.
    Admin & Maintenance | System Settings | Reporting tab | Attendance to Display: (Posted Attendance (Manual, Imported, Calculated) or Posted Enrollment x Attendance Factor

    • Affected reports:
      After Posting | Daily Recap
      Sales & Revenue | Combined Participation and Sales, Federal Edit Check, Recap and Reconciliation 

  • Added the ability to import Bank Deposits.
    Admin & Maintenance | Advanced Setup | Bank Deposit Importers
    Central Office | Bank Reconciliation | Import Deposits

Fixes

Fixed a bug that was not displaying all function key sales on the Reimbursable Meals Served report.
