Setting to define how visiting students are charged in mixed CEP districts

We have added a setting to determine how meals are counted for visiting students in mixed cep/non-cep sites. If Primary School is selected, students should be charged based on the current feeding school's pricing structure. If Enrolled School is selected, students should be charged based on the meal pricing at the enrolled school of the student.
