Biometric Enrollment Troubleshooting and Enhancements assists in making determinations about a customer's enrollment.

Location:

Central Office, Area Supervisor, and Site Supervisor

The Biometric Enrollment Report allows you to review enrollment details. If a customer is having repeated issues on the serving line, the report can be run to show the device type and date of last enrollment. If the customer enrolled using the Child Hand Guide and is now using the Big Hand Guide, re-enrollment is necessary. If has been a number of years since the customer has enrolled, re-enrollment may be necessary.

 

Step 1: From the Reports & Letters tab, locate Customer Info. Then, select Biometric Enrollment Report.

Step 2: Set the Biometric Enrollment Report details you wish to be included in the report. By choosing the Show Everyone Report Mode, you can view all customers and enrollment details.

  • Filter by Cafeteria - Choose to run the report by a Specific Cafeteria, Region, or Cluster by using the drop-down menu or choose to include the Entire District.

    • Free Student
    • Reduced Student
    • Paying Student
    • Employee (Adult)
    • Adult
    • Special/Other (Adult)
  • Include POS Customer Types
    • School Fed by Cafeteria
    • Automatic Feeder Rules
    • Feeder School
    • Feeder Group
    • Manual Subscription
    • Guest
    • None
  • Report Mode - Choose one (1) of the following options.
    • Show everyone with any biometric data enrolled
    • Show everyone who has no biometric data enrolled
    • Show everyone who has a fingerprint enrolled
    • Show everyone who does not have a fingerprint enrolled
    • Show everyone who has a palm vein template enrolled
    • Show everyone who does not have a palm vein template enrolled
    • Show everyone
  • Options
    • Include History - Includes all details of a customer's enrollment history.
    • Include Customers who have Opted-In for Biometric Enrollment
    • Include Customers who have Opted-Out of Biometric Enrollment
    • Include Customers who have not Opted-In or Opted-Out of Biometric Enrollment
    • Group by Grade ad Homeroom

Step 3: Once you have completed setting Biometric Enrollment Report options, click Ok to generate the Biometric Enrollment Report.



POS Line Operator

Biometric enrollment information can be viewed from the Line Operator's end when choosing the Enroll function. If the customer enrolled using the Child Hand Guide and is now using the Big Hand Guide, re-enrollment is necessary. If has been a number of years since the customer has enrolled, re-enrollment may be necessary.

 

Step 1:  From the Point of Sale main customer menu, select Enroll.

Step 2: Choose the customer whose enrollment details you wish to view.

Step 3: Note the biometric details (biometric type, date captured, person capturing information, and location capture occurred). If no information is present, the customer has not yet registered.
