Ability to Skip Income and Manually Define Eligibility
Districts now have the ability to allow parents to skip income and manually define eligibility when entering an economic survey.

Important Note
This option was added to support Washington’s economic survey template, but the setting is available for all districts. This should only be used for economic surveys and it is recommended that you validate with your state department if this meets any economic survey requirements.
When Auto Skip and Manually Define Eligibility is enabled, users can choose their household size if below the guidelines. Since the household size and income are collected on the example form below, non-student children, household members, and student income sections are skipped during the survey.

Updated Dev Express to 17.2.7.
.NET Update
Updated .NET Framework to support 4.5.0 or higher.
Release Summary
The goal of this release was to update various system imports and exports and address an issue with the Nutrikids Export.
