The HACCP tab allows you to set
up a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP). HACCP is a preventative system to reduce the risk of food-borne illness through appropriate food handling, monitoring, and record keeping. plan in your district.
Select the Implemented checkbox to implement HACCP for this item. You will then need to enter the name of the person implementing HACCP and the date on which it was implemented.
Select the HACCP process for each site type from the appropriate drop-down menus.
