Item ID
The Item ID field displays the item's ID.
Description
The Description field displays the description of the item.
District Allocation Qty � Unit
District Allocation Qty ǀ Unit consists of two fields. The Qty field allows you to enter the quantity of the
item in the district allocation. The Unit drop-down list allows you to select the type of unit of the item in the
district allocation.
Allocation Type
The Allocation Type drop-down list allows you to select the type of allocation for the item.
Cancel
The Cancel button terminates the request to create a commodity allocation and returns you back to the
Ordering page.
Previous
The Previous button returns you to Step #1.
Next
The Next button proceeds to Step #2 after the quantities have been assigned to the item.
