To schedule, update, or cancel your app zoning appointment, you’ll need to log into Heartland Support Central. Perform the following instructions to log in and schedule your appointment.

Schedule an Appointment

  1. Navigate to Support Central, log in using your MySchoolBucks SSO, or register for a new [free] account. If you need help logging in or registering, please refer to these Support Central Login Instructions.

  2. Once logged in, select the More drop-down menu and then select Appointments, located under the District Management section.

  3. Select Schedule your MCS Application Zoning Appointment.

  4. Use the arrows to view available dates on the calendar. Ensure that you are looking at YOUR time zone. Select the appointment you want by clicking on an available timeslot, then click Next.
    Note: If you still need revisions to your application, please create a case through Support Central to have your revisions reviewed by Heartland Support. Do not schedule an appointment until your revisions are complete and you have received your samples from your print source.

  5. Enter the contact information to be used during your appointment, including your best contact number and your email address, then click Next.


Change an Appointment

  1. Navigate to Support Central, log in using your MySchoolBucks SSO, or register for a new [free] account. If you need help logging in or registering, please refer to these Support Central Login Instructions.

  2. Once logged in, select the More drop-down menu and then select Appointments, located under the District Management section.

  3. Select the Scheduled Appointments tab at the top of the page to view scheduled appointments for your district. Select the appointment you want to change.

  4. Select Change Date/Time or Cancel Appointment to update your application zoning appointment.
