Production Reports


Overview

Standard production reports include reports that directly relate to production such as planning, costs, recipes, discrepancies, and after production reports. Reports require you to establish criteria in order to obtain the report results you are seeking.




From the Reports tab, select Production Reports. Then, select the appropriate report you wish to create.

You may choose to print or export the report. After you have finished printing or exporting, click Close Print Preview.

All Production Reports now have the ability to "Run for each school in the school filter." This allows the report to be run separately for each school while grouping the entire District together in one file for ease of printing and distribution.



Daily Production Cost

  1. From the Production Reports option, select Daily Production Cost.
  2. Establish report criteria. Then, click Ok.

    Production Date Range - Use the calendar tools to select a From and to date range to include in the report.
    Produced By - Select a Specific SiteBy Category or Cluster, Named Site Filter, or All Sites by using the magnifier icon or the drop-down menu to locate the correct choice,
    Meal Types - Select one or more meal types.



Manufacturing Summary

The Manufacturing Summary report acts as a Production Report for a Central Kitchen by displaying all the details of the items manufactured for a given day or date range.

  1. From the Production Reports option, select Manufacturing Summary.
  2. Establish report criteria. Then, click Ok.

    Manufactured by Site -  Select a Specific SiteBy Category or Cluster, Named Site Filter, or All Sites by using the magnifier icon or the drop-down menu to locate the correct choice.
    Manufactured in Date Range - Use the calendar tools to select a From and to date range to include in the report.
    Run for each site in the site filter - The report will be run separately for each site while grouping the entire District into one printable file.


Menu Planning List

  1. From the Production Reports option, select Menu Planning List.
  2. Establish report criteria. Then, click Ok.

    Served by Site - Select a Specific SiteBy Category or Cluster, Named Site Filter, or All Sites by using the magnifier icon or the drop-down menu to locate the correct choice.
    Serve Date - Use the calendar tools to select a From and to date range to include in the report.
    Meal - Select one or more Meal Types.
    Meal Count Type - Select one or more menu count types to include in the report.
    Run for each site in the site filter - The report will be run separately for each site while grouping the entire District into one printable file.

Non-Program Cost of Goods

The Non-Program Cost of Goods report provides raw food cost totals for all a la carte and adult sales each month while excluding reimbursable meal costs. The report is to ensure reimbursable meals are not being used to subsidize non-program foods.

  1. From the Production Reports option, select Non-Program Cost of Goods.
  2. Establish report criteria. Then, click Ok.

    Prepared by Site - Select a Specific SiteBy Category or Cluster, Named Site Filter, or All Sites by using the magnifier icon or the drop-down menu to locate the correct choice.
    Production Date Range -  Use the calendar tools to select a From and to date range to include in the report
    Meal - Select one or more Meal Types.
    Run for each site in the site filter - The report will be run separately for each site while grouping the entire District into one printable file.


Planning Summary

The Planning Summary report displays a total count of meals planned for each recipe on a day/date range with the planning counts for each site and a group total.

  1. From the Production Reports option, select Planning Summary.
  2. Establish report criteria. Then, click Ok.

    Date Range - Use the calendar tools to select a From and to date range to include in the report.
    Meal Type - Select one or more Meal Types.
    Filter by Site - Select a Specific SiteBy Category or Cluster, Named Site Filter, or All Sites by using the magnifier icon or the drop-down menu to locate the correct choice.
    Filter by Reci[e - Select a Specific RecipeRecipe Category Menu Item Type, or All Recipes by using the magnifier icon or the drop-down menu to locate the correct choice.
    Options - By default, Include Planned Extras is included in the report.
    Run for each site in the site filter - The report will be run separately for each site while grouping the entire District into one printable file.


Production/Serve Date Discrepancies

  1. From the Production Reports option, select Production/Serve Date Discrepancies.
  2. Establish report criteria. Then, click Ok.

    Filter by Site - Select a Specific SiteBy Category or Cluster, Named Site Filter, or All Sites by using the magnifier icon or the drop-down menu to locate the correct choice.
    Number of Days - Enter the number of days to report discrepancies.



Popular Recipes

The Popular Recipes reports displays popular recipes based on planned, served, or prepared counts.

  1. From the Production Reports option, select Production Report.
  2. Establish report criteria. Then, click Ok.

    Date Range - Use the calendar tools to select a From and to date range to include in the report.
    Filter by Site - Select a Specific Site, By Category, or Named Site Filter by using the magnifier icon or the drop-down menu. You may also select All Sites.
    Filter by Recipe - Select a Specific Recipe, Recipe Category, or Menu Item Type by using the ellipsis icon or the drop-down menu. You may also select All Recipes.
    Meal Types - Select one or more meal types to include in the report.
    Count Source - Select the count source to use when creating the report. By default, Served Counts is selected.
    Run for each site in the site filter - The report will be run separately for each site while grouping the entire District into one printable file.




Production Report

  1. From the Production Reports option, select Production Report.
  2. Establish report criteria. Then, click Ok.

    Served by Site - Select a Specific SiteBy Category or Cluster, Named Site Filter, or All Sites by using the magnifier icon or the drop-down menu to locate the correct choice.
    Served in Date Range - Use the calendar tools to select a From and to date range to include in the report.
    Meal - Select one or more Meal Types.
    Options - By default, Include Meals and Include Planned Extras is included in the report.
    Run for each site in the site filter - The report will be run separately for each site while grouping the entire District into one printable file.




Production Worksheet

  1. From the Production Reports option, select Production Worksheet.
  2. Establish report criteria. Then, click Ok.

    Prepared by Site - Select a preparation site by using the magnifier icon.
    Served Date - Use the calendar tools to select a date to include in the report.
    Meal - Select one or more Meal Types.
    Group Records By - You may choose to group records and apply page breaks between record groupings by using the drop-down menu.
    Options - By default, Include recipes that have not yet been produced and Include recipes that have already been produced is included in the report.
    Run for each site in the site filter - The report will be run separately for each site while grouping the entire District into one printable file.



Production Worksheet (Long Format)

  1. From the Production Reports option, select Production Worksheet (Long Format)
  2. Establish report criteria. Then, click Ok.

    Prepared by Site - Select a preparation site by using the magnifier icon.
    Serve Date - Use the calendar tools to select a date to include in the report.
    Meal - Select one or more Meal Types.
    Group Records By - You may choose to group records and apply page breaks between record groupings by using the drop-down menu.
    Options - By default, Include recipes that have not yet been produced and Include recipes that have already been produced is included in the report.
    Run for each site in the site filter - The report will be run separately for each site while grouping the entire District into one printable file.


Production Report (Table Format)

  1. From the Production Reports option, select Production Worksheet (Table Format).
  2. Establish report criteria. Then, click Ok.

    Prepared by Site - Select a preparation site by using the magnifier icon.
    Serving Date - Use the calendar tools to select a date to include in the report.
    Meal - Select one or more Meal Types.
    Group Records By - You may choose to group records and apply page breaks between record groupings by using the drop-down menu.
    Options - By default, Include recipes that have not yet been produced and Include recipes that have already been produced is included in the report.
    Run for each site in the site filter - The report will be run separately for each site while grouping the entire District into one printable file.


Recipe Ingredients Pull Sheet

  1. From the Production Reports option, select Recipe Ingredients Pull Sheet.
  2. Establish report criteria. Then, click Ok.

    Prepared by Site - Select a preparation site by using the magnifier icon.
    Serve Date - Use the calendar tools to select a date to include in the report.
    Meal - Select one or more Meal Types.
    Group Records By - You may choose to group records and apply page breaks between record groupings by using the drop-down menu.
    Run for each site in the site filter - The report will be run separately for each site while grouping the entire District into one printable file.

    Items highlighted in yellow and red text indicate low quantities.


Recipe Instructions

  1. From the Production Reports option, select Recipe Instructions.
  2. Establish report criteria. Then, click Ok.

    Prepared by Site - Select a preparation site by using the magnifier icon.
    Serve Date - Use the calendar tool to select a date to include in the report.
    Meal - Select one or more meal types.
    Group Records By - You may choose to group records and apply page breaks between record groupings by using the drop-down menu and selecting options.
    Options - Select additional report options.
    Run for each site in the site filter - Select this box to separate sites in the report.



Satellite / Kitchen Bulk Shipping Report

  1. From the Production Reports option, select Satellite / Kitchen Bulk Shipping Report.
  2. Establish report criteria, then click Ok.

Report Layout - Use the drop-down menu to select a report layout.
Show Prepared Meals to Ship From - Select a preparation site by using the magnifier icon.
Show Meals for Production Date - Use the calendar tool to select a date to include in the report.
Meal - Select one or more meal tyes.
Options - Select different options to include in the report by placing a checkmark in the appropriate box.


Temperature Log

  1. From the Production Reports option, select Temperature Log.
  2. Establish report criteria. Then, click Ok.

    Report Layout - Use the drop-down menu to select a report layout.
    Prepared by Site - Select a preparation site by using the magnifier icon.
    Serve Date - Use the calendar tool to select a date to include in the report.
    Meal - Select one or more meal tyes.
    Options - Select different options to include in the report by placing a checkmark in the appropriate box.
    Run for each site in the site filter - Creates a separate report for each site if selected.
