Installing MCS Software on your system involves 3 steps:
Downloading the software from the MCS Customer portal.
Configuring the Software in Admin Console.
Installing the software on your system.
The Downloading and Installation procedure is the same for all software packages. Franklin is used as the example software. Simply substitute the software package you are installing for Franklin.
Log in to the MCS Software Customer Portal

You must have a customer portal account to access the website. If you do not have an account, please check with your District's MCS Software contact to find out if an account already exists for your District. If you are a primary point of contact, please submit a request to Customer Support for the creation of an account.
Download the Installation File
Step 1: Select the Software Downloads tab in the Customer Portal, or choose Download software in the Common Links section. | |
Step 2: Select the appropriate folder. | |
Step 3: Select the Installxxx.exe file (select the install file that corresponds with the software package being installed) and Save the file to your system (take note where the file is being saved on your computer or network). |
Proceed to the Software Configuration section.
