When adding a new student to the program, Franklin will refer to a list of zipcodes in DataCenter and auto-complete the City/ST.
From the Home tab, select Student Lookup. Then, click Add New Student.
Complete new student information.
When entering the student's address, type the zipcode into the Zip cell. Then, click in the City or ST cell. You will notice the City and ST are automatically completed.
Review the student's City/ST to ensure the zipcode population is working correctly.
Click Save Changes when you are done.
