Overview

The Audit Reports & Tools section allows you to create Add & Drop, Merged Students, and Status Change reports.

From the Reports tab, locate and click on Audit Reports & Tools.

 

Adds & Drops

Step 1: Click on Adds & Drops located in Audit Reports & Tools.

 

 

Step 2: Set the Adds & Drops details you wish to be included in the report.

  • Show Activity in Range - Enter a date range.
  • School Filter - Select All Schools or a specific school or category by clicking the search icon. 
  • Sort By - Choose to sort records by Activity Date, Student Name, or Student Number. 
  • Options - Select additional eligibility options.
    • Include Adds
    • Include Activates
    • Include Transfer-Ins
    • Include Inactivates
    • Include Transfer-outs
    • Include Merges
    • Report Eligibility as of Activity Date
  • Eligibility Format
    • Meal Benefits Status ID
    • Meal Benefits Status Description
    • Full Meal Benefits Status
    • Eligibility ID
    • Eligibility Description
    • Full Eligibility
    • None (Hidden)

 

Step 3: Once you have completed setting Add & Drop options, click Ok to generate the Adds & Drops report.

Choose the appropriate action to print or export the report.

Merged Students

Step 1: Click on Merged Students located in Audit Reports & Tools.

 

Step 2: Set the Merged Students details you wish to be included in the report.

  • Filter by School - Select All Schools or a specific school or category by clicking the search icon.
  • Sort By - Choose to sort records by Date Merged, Student umber, Name, Grade, or Homeroom.
  • Show students merged in date range - Enter a date range.
  • Filters -  Select additional filters.
    • Error Prone
    • DirectlyCertified
    • TerminatedDirectlyCertified

 

Step 3: Once you have completed setting Merged Students options, click Ok to generate the Merged Students report.

Choose the appropriate action to print or export the report.

Status Change

Step 1: Click on Status Changes located in Audit Reports & Tools.

 

Step 2: Set the Status Changes details you wish to be included in the report.

  • Meal Benefits Status Changed in Date Range - Enter a date range.
  • Current Enrolled School - Select All Schools or a specific school or category by clicking the search icon.
  • Eligibility Format
    • Meal Benefits Status ID
    • Meal Benefits Status Description
    • Full Meal Benefits Status
    • Eligibility ID
    • Eligibility Description
    • Full Eligibility
    • None (Hidden)

 

Step 3: Once you have completed setting Status Change options, click Ok to generate the Status Changes report.

Choose the appropriate action to print or export the report.
