If you want to edit information on the keyboard or the description, you can use the steps listed below.

  1. From the WebSMARTT Home page, select Point of Sale.
  2. Click Keyboard Management. The Keyboard Select page opens.
  3. Select the keyboard you want to edit. You can do this by clicking on the field listed under the Keyboard Description or Keyboard ID (these fields are underlined).
  4. From the Keyboard Update page, make any necessary changes.
    1. To edit the Description or Keyboard ID, click inside the field and type to edit the information.
    2. To add a food item, select a food item from the list on the left, and then select a key corresponding to where you want the item to show on the keyboard.
    3. To delete a food item, click the Clear Item From button and select the unwanted key. Click OK to confirm you want to remove the item from the key.
    4. Use the quadrants to organize and group your keys.
    5. Use the Long Description button to receive more information about a particular item.
  5. Click Apply to save your changes.
  6. Click Continue to return to the Keyboard Select page.
