FNS-742
The Verification Summary FNS-742 or other reports as required by your state agency must be printed and submitted to your State.
- From the Reports tab, select Verification Reports. Then, select Verification Summary FNS-742.
Refer to Verification Reports to print this report for submission. Other Verification reports can be located at the same link.
