Enhancements
MySchoolBucks Balance Transfer
Parents have the ability to transfer money between students in MySchoolBucks. You can see balance changes by time and date in the following reports:
Student Account Statement
Online Payments
Note: You can also view balance transfers within MySchoolBucks using their Payments Report.
MySchoolBucks Support for designating funds for “Meals Only”
Districts now have the option in Newton MSB Setup to synchronize the spending and charge limits set in Newton with Meal Controls set in MySchoolBucks.
Note: In MySchoolBucks, if the option to allow payments to be designated for Meals Only is selected, the Use Unallocated-Cash Only option should be disabled. If this setting is not disabled, payments will be placed in Newton's unallocated funds for a customer.
Outdated Workstation Report Update to .NET Framework 4.8
We have updated the Outdated Workstation Report to call out all machines that are recommended to be updated to .NET Framework 4.8.
Note: This upgrade will be necessary for any district that wants to use the latest upgrades.
