The Verification Reports section allows you to create Verification Final Changes, Verification Samples, Verification Sample Pools, and Verification Summary FNS-742 reports.

  • Sort By - Choose to sort records by Student Name, Student Number, Verification Household ID, Picked Application ID, or Starting Status -> Ending Status.

The Verification Sample will generate a report of all students in all sample sets determined by date and date range options. The report will include 3% of the sample pool as required by USDA regulations which may range from a few students to a few hundred students (depending on the size of the the student population). Siblings and For-Cause Households may also be chosen to be included in the report.

Step 2: Set the Verification Sample details you wish to be included in the report.

  • Report Ending Status As-Of - Select the appropriate choice for the report.
    • Report Current Data
    • Report As-Of Date - Select a date range. 
  • Eligibility Format - Choose which format the report should run.
    • Meal Benefits Status ID
    • Meal Benefits Status Description
    • Full Meal Benefits Status
    • Eligibility ID
    • Eligibility Description
    • Full Eligibility
    • None (Hidden) 
  • Sort By - Choose to sort records by Student Name, Student Number, Verification Household ID, or Picked Application ID.
  • Options - Select additional eligibility options.
    • Include Siblings
    • Include Valid Responses
    • Include Invalid Responses
    • Include Non-Responders
    • Only show students with statuses
    • Include Verification-Sample Households
    • Include For-Cause Households
