Step 1: Login to the Customer Portal by accessing the Heartland Payment Systems - School Solutions - MCS Software homepage. Then, click select one of the following 3 options:

1. Click on Sign In and select MCS Customer Portal.

2. Click the Support tab and select the MCS Customer Portal link.
