Overview

The Security tab is made up of a few Administrative functions, such as changing your own password, managing users, and configuring authentication methods.

Change my Password

It's important to change your password to protect your account.

  1. From the Security tab, select Change my password.
  2. Type in your new password, then confirm your password.
  3. Click Ok when complete.

User Maintenance

Within the User Maintenance feature, you have the ability to add, edit, remove, and change passwords for users.

From the Security tab, select User Maintenance.

Add a User
  1. From the User Maintenance window, click Add User.
  2. Enter the User Name and Password and then confirm the password.
  3. Select the Is Administrator checkbox to indicate that the user has administrative privileges.
  4. Select Ok when finished.
Edit an existing User
  1. From the User Maintenance window, select a user and then click Edit User.
  2. Select or unselect the checkbox Is Administrative User to give or remove administrative permissions to or from the current user.
  3. Select Ok when finished.
Remove a User
  1. From the User Maintenance window, select a user and then click Remove User.
  2. Select Yes to remove the user or No to cancel.
Change a Password
  1. From the User Maintenance window, select a user and then click Change Password.
  2. Enter the new password and then enter the password again to confirm.
  3. Select Ok when finished.

LDAP Configuration

You are not able to use both LDAP and OIDC Settings at the same time. Selecting the checkbox for one setting will remove all data from the other setting.

You are not able to use both LDAP and OIDC Settings at the same time. Selecting the checkbox for one setting will remove all data from the other setting.

.NET 4.72 is required to use OIDC Authentication.
