  • ED 12595 - Update to Send Orders Functionality - Added multi select to Send Orders screen. Users can filter the results and then select orders to be sent when select the “Send All Selected” button. Select all button can be used to select all filtered results to send.

Clicking the ‘Enter/Return’ button will now move down to the cell directly below the currently selected cell.
  • ED 13271 - Checklist Update for Production Worksheet - Added additional options to Product Worksheet Checklist Item Set Up – to include next business day & previous business day. Renamed next-business day to Next Weekday.

  • ED 13557 - Issuing Screen Enhancements - Preserve the row location on the issuing screen when refreshing/saving the screen. No longer requires a save when no changes have been made.

  • ED 13560 - Sort Order for Ordering Group Config Maintenance - Added “Move Up” & “Move Down” buttons to Ordering Group Configuration Maintenance. Users can now determine the order that the managers see the Ordering Groups in when starting orders.
  • ED 13610 - Add Recipe Name to Production Tab - Recipe name now displays on production tab. If multiple production tabs are open, the user can easily flip between recipes.
  • ED 13611 - Ability to open Multiple Production Tabs - Users can now open multiple production tabs to edit production counts for multiple recipes at a time.
  • ED 13612 - Issue Inventory Screen - The Case/Unit Quantity Cell is now highlighted when issuing inventory, so users can easily see which cell needs to be updated. Combined the Partial Quantity & Case/Unit Quantity to maintain similar data entry functionality throughout the program.
  • ED 13615 - Meal Planning Recipe Sort - Clicking the “Menu/Recipe Description” column header will now sort the meal planning screen by Menu/Recipe.
  • ED 13636 - Updates to Receive Inventory Screen - All editable cells in receiving are now highlighted, so users can easily see which cell needs to be updated. Combined the Partial Quantity & Case/Unit Quantity to maintain similar data entry functionality throughout the program.

  • ED 13642 - Update to Automatic Ordering - When using automatic ordering, the program will now encumber orders to fill prior to ordering date range.
  • ED 13654 - Expand Planned Extra Servings in Meal Planning - Extra Servings Planned will remain expanded when there are non-zeros in the field. This new feature only affects sites where “Auto Expand Extra Servings Rows” is not selected.
  • ED 13662 - Allow Warehouses to be selected as a Central Kitchen in Satellite Setup - Warehouses will now be included in the site dropdown list for Site Maintenance Satellite & Mass Updater for Satellites.
  • ED 13663 - Allow for Zero Prepared & Served Counts in Production - Users may enter zero (0) for prepared & served counts if there is a comment entered and the inventory quantity pulled is 0. “Inventory Used for Production”, items with zero (0) quantity pulled will automatically be removed when saving.
  • ED 13568 - Report Layout Override for On Hand & Encumbered Inventory Report - Added a report layout override for On Hand & Encumbered Inventory report so that users can easily make changes to the report to fit their needs.
  • ED 13670 - Item Maintenance Screen Update - Added a vertical scroll bar to item maintenance for lower resolution monitors.
  • ED 13676 - Update to Item Usage Report - When including price contracts on the “Item Usage” report, the price contract description has been added to the report.
  • ED 13679 - Updates to Recipe Maintenance - Added an additional tab to Recipe Maintenance called “Notes”. The tab includes free text blocks for Comments, Production Notes & Serving Notes. WinFSIM conversions will prefill the note tab should a recipe include any of the above notes. When printing a manufacturing recipe, if the site printing the recipe does not manufacture, the production & serving notes will print & the manufacturing instructions will not print. When printing Recipe Instructions a checkbox has been added to “include photos”. Defaulted to include photos.
  • ED 13680 - Multi Pick for Recipes in Meal Planning - When adding a recipe in Meal Planning, users can now select multiple recipes to add.
  • ED 13682 - Edit Order from Fill Order Screen - Changed “Edit Order Quantities” on the Fill Orders Screen to “Edit Order” which for completely open orders, will allow the user to edit the order. If the order is closed, the user will be taken to the “Edit Order Quantities” screen.
  • ED 13694 - Update to Menu Template Printing - Added the Menu Template Description to the Report Header

 

Fixes

  • ED 9162 - Site Names not Exporting on Grids - Fixed a setting that was causing the site names not to export when exporting grids throughout the program.

  • ED 9163 - Recipe Scaling Error - Fixed a bug in recipe scaling that was causing round-off problems when fractional grams weights were used.

  • ED 9187 - SQL Error when saving photos - Fixed a bug that was causing an error when attempting to save multiple phones at the same time on a recipe.

  • ED 9188 - Insert/Check Conflict - Fixed a CK violation when saving invalid recipe delivery units.

  • ED 9203 - Error message when deleting items on a price contract that are on an existing order - Added a check for conflicting reference before attempting to delete price contract items.

  • ED 9301 - Manufactured Recipes Calculation & Merge Error - Fixed a bug in the calculation of manufactured items values as well as a bug in item merge if the old item is manufactured by a recipe.

  • ED 9349 - Some items not ordered when ordering by meal out of date order - Changed automatic ordering to ignore inventory, transfers, and orders that do not overlap meal planning date range when not considering inventory on hand.

  • ED 9712 - Convert legacy not preserving inactive flag on items - Fixed a bug in convert legacy that was not importing inactive items as inactive.

  • ED 9715 - Recipe Allergens Overlapping Text on Print - Fixed a text overlap issue on the Recipe Allergen Report

  • ED 9723 - Projected Meal Cost Report displaying no counts - Fixed a bug that was causing no data to show for certain criteria of the Projected Meal Cost report.

  • ED 9727 - Invalid Grouping on Cost of Food & Supplies Report - Fixed a bug that was causing the supply errors and transfers to be grouped together when running the Cost of Food & Supplies Report.

  • ED 9733 - Error in Edit Quantities Permission - Fixed a bug in change quantities/remove items permission that was restricting users without this permission from checking that the item was received.

  • ED 9743 - No service days not showing in ordering - Fixed a bug on the order screen that was causing the no-service warning to not show when necessary.

  • ED 9748 - Not all ingredients showing in production - Changed production/manufacturing to include zero (0) quantities needed even when not on-hand.

  • ED 9755 - Meal Pattern Analysis not including milk choices - Fixed a bug in Meal Pattern Analysis causing planned recipes not on the menu to be ignored.
  • ED 9762 - Closed Items Showing as Backordered - Fixed a bug in order fulfilment that was causing closed items to show as backordered when receiving a backordered item.

  • EDISON-12249 - Default to Price Contract when added new Inventory Tags in Physical Inventory - When adding new inventory tags during a Physical Inventory, the price contract will default to the most current contract rather than n/a. If the item is not set up on a price contract, this field will default to n/a.
  • EDISON-12251 - Receiving Details Report Update - Created Report Layout Override for Receiving Details Report. Updated the report footer to suppress the report total if there is only one receiving.

  • EDISON-12302 - Availability Group Support - Added support for districts using Availability Groups – added the ability to terminate sessions and kill SQL Server Connections when attempting to perform database upgrades and access single user mode.

     Availability Group Support details

    In order for the program to support availability groups, all active user sessions will need to be ended upon upgrade and program relaunch.

    Ending Active Sessions

    Ending sessions will disconnect anyone who is currently logged in to the program and the user will receive an error message when attempting to reestablish a connection with the database. The user will need to close the program and log back in.

    Active Session Log

    You may see a number of active sessions in your list. Active sessions may appear for the following reasons:

    • User is currently logged into the system (actively or passively)
    • User may have had equipment failure and was not properly logged out
    • User may have lost network connectivity

     

    Step A: Upon opening the program after upgrading, the Users Session Monitor screen will appear. Review all users and logged sessions. Next, click in the checkbox at the top of the screen to select all users or in individual checkboxes to select users individually. Then, click End Session.

    Click the Refresh button once you have contacted users to log out of the program to ensure they no longer appear in the list.

    Session Termination

    Terminating a session will cause the user to lose any unsaved work. It is recommended that you run the upgrade at a time when the least number of users are logged in to the program. You will not be able to login to the system until all active sessions are ended. You may contact the users to log out of the program manually or select to end their session and terminate their database connection.


    Step B: A warning message will appear before active sessions are terminated. Read the warning. If you wish to continue, click Yes.


    Step C: All active sessions are terminated. Click Continue to complete system upgrade and login.

  • EDISON-8942 - Fixed a bug on the Daily Production Cost report that was showing an incorrect cost per plate when producing recipes for a satellite.
  • EDISON-9102 - Fixed a but on the Recipe Listing report that was showing incorrect weights for ingredients that were not set to scale each by weight.
