Logging into the Customer Portal
- Login to the Customer Portal by accessing the Heartland Payment Systems - School Solutions - MCS Software homepage. Then, select one of the following 3 options:
- Click on Sign In and select MCS Customer Portal.
- Click the Support link on the right under MCS Software and select the MCS Customer Portal link.
- Click the Support tab and select the MCS Customer Portal link.
- You will be redirected to the Compass Customer Portal login page. Click on the button named Click Here To Login on the page.
- Enter your Username and Password and click Login. If you do not have login information, contact MCS Support.
- You will be taken to your District/School Home Page. From here you can access all areas of the portal.
Top Tab Menu - Select a tab to view the page for that subject.

- My Profile - Your account information as displayed in the My Account information section. Click the link to view your Profile and make changes.
- Logout - Logs you out of the customer portal.
Common Links
- New Support Case - Create a new case in the support queue.
- MCS Knowledge Center - Access information about the MSchool Tools Suite
- Download Software - Download upgrades for software, scanner drivers, custom plugins, etc.
Release Notes - Click on the appropriate software link to review Release Notes for a program..
Recent Items - List of recently active cases.
Common Links
- Support - Create a new case in the support queue.
- Corp Site - Opens the Heartland School Solutions homepage.
My Account - Displays the your current account information. You may update your information by clicking on the My Profile link.

View - Use the dropdown menu to select the type of case you would like to view.
The information displayed by changing the view varied depending on your selection.
Click on the Case Number or Subject to view details about the case.
