HACCP Reports
Use the drop-down menus to select and print worksheets, food safety checklists, or standard operating procedures (SOPs). These can be used for training, daily monitoring, and record keeping. Drop-down lists may contain both standard and user-defined reports.
Types of Reports
Worksheets
Use the drop-down menu to select a Worksheet. Once you have made your selection, click View to open the worksheet, which you can then print and use for monitoring and recordkeeping.
The standard worksheets available to you in WebSMARTT are:
- Cooking and Reheating Temperature Log
- Cooling Temperature Log
- Damaged or Discarded Product Log
- Food Contact Surfaces Cleaning and Sanitizing Log
- Hot and Cold TCS Food Temperature Log
- Production Log
- Receiving Log
- Refrigeration Log
- Thermometer Calibration Log

Food Safety Checklists
Use the drop-down menu to select a Food Safety Checklist. Once you have made your selection, click View to open the checklist, which you can then print. The drop-down list includes the default Food Safety Checklists included in WebSMARTT as well as any user-created Food Safety Checklists.
Standard Operating Procedures
Use the drop-down menu to select a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Once you have made your selection, click View to open the SOP, which you can then print. The drop-down list includes the default SOPs included in WebSMARTT as well as any user-created SOPs.
