View Ordering Status
Clicking the View Ordering Status link leads to the Ordering Status page. This page displays all orders that have been generated from Production Schedules or Menu Plans. Orders that are queued are shown above the search window. Orders that have completed or failed to complete are displayed below the search window.
This page defaults to showing orders close to the current date. To search for completed, cancelled, or failed orders, enter a date range under Order Queue Request's Thru Date , select the site or site group (or see every order by selecting All Sites and Groups, and click Search. Results display below the search window.
Status
The Status field shows the status of orders generating and previously generated.
Status (Queued Orders)
Submitted means that the order was submitted and no other action has been taken yet.
Generating Tasks means that WebSMARTT is preparing the necessary tasks to properly generate the order.
Generating Orders means that WebSMARTT is completing the order.
Status (Completed Orders)
Completed means that the order generated to completion without any errors.
Completed with Errors means that there were errors during the order. Check in the Message field for more information on the errors.
Failed means that the order could not be generated successfully.
Cancelled means that the order was canceled before it could finish generating. To re-open and complete a cancelled order, click Resume next to the canceled order.
