New Features

Ability to Skip Income and Manually Define Eligibility

Districts now have the ability to allow parents to skip income and manually define eligibility when entering an economic survey.

Setup | Application Settings | Misc Settings | Auto Skip Student Income and Household Member Section

Important Note
This option was added to support Washington’s economic survey template, but the setting is available for all districts. This should only be used for economic surveys and it is recommended that you validate with your state department if this meets any economic survey requirements.

When Auto Skip and Manually Define Eligibility is enabled, users can choose their household size if below the guidelines. If the household income exceeds the amount listed for the household size, users can select that they do not qualify. Since the household size and income are collected on the example form below, non-student children, household members, and student income sections are skipped during the survey.
