Direct Certification


Overview

This process allows you to import the Direct Certification file supplied the State or District. 

  1. Configure the Direct Certification options in System Settings.
  2. You must download and save the appropriate Plugin depending on your State or District to complete Direct Certification. In order to access the downloads folder, you must login through the Customer Portal with your account information.

  3. Import the Plugin in the External Plugins options in Advanced Setup. Once you have imported the Plugin, close Franklin and reopen it.
  4. Configure the DC Import Configuration in Miscellaneous Setup.
  5. Select your State or District below to continue to the next Direct Certification procedure:
