You can now run a spell check after you have entered custom strings.

Spell check is only available for the English language.

From the Administration and Maintenance tab, select Miscellaneous Setup. Next, select Letters. Then, click Custom Strings.

Click Check Spelling.

Select which strings you would like to spell check. Then, click Ok.

If you would like to run a spell check on a particular section or row, use the expansion arrows to locate the correct section or row.

During the spell check, you can choose to Ignore, Ignore All, Change, Change All, or Add text. Once an action has been selected for a potentially misspelled word, the next word will appear.

You will be informaed once the spell check is complete. Click OK.

Click Save Changes once you are done.
