Plugin 1.1.0.12239 Contains:

DC Import Configuration – They have two file -  a district matched and a State matched.  All use the State matched.  They go to the State Website and they download it as a spreadsheet.  It will auto open and they save it as a CSV File.  They import the CSV File.
