Overview

The Management Reports section allows you to create Duplicate Students, SIS Overrides, Title 1 Details, Title 1 Summary, and User Activity Log reports. You may choose to print or export the report.

 



From the Reports tab, locate and click on Management Reports.

The following Management Report now has the ability to "Run for each school in the school filter." This allows the report to be run separately for each school while grouping the entire District together in one file for ease of printing and distribution.

  • Online Application Trend

 


Application Processing Productivity

  1. From the Reports tab, click on Management Reports. Then, select Application Processing Productivity.
  2. Establish report criteria. Then, click Ok.


Duplicate Students

  1. From the Reports tab, click on Management Reports. Then, select Duplicate Students.
  2. Establish report criteria. Then, click Ok.
     
     

Online Application Trend

The Online Application Trend reports shows the number of online applications received at each school for the current year and can (if established in report criteria) show trends over the past few years.

  1. From the Reports tab, click on Management Reports. Then, select Online Application Trend.
  2. Establish report criteria. Then, click Ok.
     
     

Scanning Q/A Time by User

The Scanning Q/A Time by Users report can be run to track labor hours for individual or all application processors. 

  1. From the Reports tab, click on Management Reports. Then, select Online Application Trend.
  2. Establish report criteria. Then, click Ok.

     

SIS Overrides

Step 1: Click on SIS Overrides located in the Management Reports.

 

 

Step 2: Set the SIS Override details you wish to be included in the report.

  • Options - Choose to include or exclude Inactive Students.

 

Step 3: Once you have completed setting SIS Override options, click Ok to generate the SIS Override report.

Choose the appropriate action to print or export the report.

 


Title 1 Details

Step 1: Click on Title 1 Details located in the Management Reports.

 

 

Step 2: Set the Title 1 Details you wish to be included in the report.

  • Title 1 Criteria
    • Enrolled as-of Date - Select a date from which the report should start.

You can choose to Include students added after the set date if they were enrolled by the set date.

 

Step 3: Once you have completed setting Title 1 Details options, click Ok to generate the Title 1 Details report.

Choose the appropriate action to print or export the report.

 


Title 1 Summary

Step 1: Click on Title 1 Summary located in the Management Reports.

 

 

Step 2: Set the Title 1 Summary details you wish to be included in the report.

  • Title 1 Criteria
    • Enrolled as-of Date - Select a date from which the report should start.

You can choose to Include students added after the set date if they were enrolled by the set date.

    • Report As-Of Date - Select the appropriate choice for the report.
      ~ Report students as of the best approved code date in the range
      ~ Report students as of the specific date
    • Use Current Identification Info (Name, Student Number, DOB, etc)
    • Exclude students born before - Set a date if you choose to include this in the report.
    • Treat prior-year DC as Paying/No Application
  • Sort By - Choose to sort records by School Number, School Name, or Percent Eligibile.

 

 

Step 3: Once you have completed setting Title 1 Summary options, click Ok to generate the Title 1 Summary report.

 

Choose the appropriate action to print or export the report.

 


User Activity Log

Step 1: Click on User Activity Log located in the Management Reports.

 

 

Step 2: Set the User Activity Log details you wish to be included in the report.

  • Date Range (inclusive) - Select a date range.
  • Show Activity for User - Choose a user from the browse icon.

  • Options - Select additional options.
    • Include Student Work Logs
    • Include Student Field-Level Tracking
    • Include Application Work Logs
    • Include Application Field-Level Tracking
    • Include Application Lock History
    • Include Scanning Q/A
    • Include Scanned-Batch Lock History

 

Step 3: Once you have completed setting User Activity Log options, click Ok to generate the User Activity Log report.

Choose the appropriate action to print or export the report.
