Logging into the Customer Portal

Step 1 - Open the MCS Customer Portal in your web browser (http://customers.mcssoftware.net).

Step 2 - Enter your login information. If you do not have login information, contact MCS Customer Support.



Step 3 - You will be taken to your District/School Home Page. From here you can access all areas of the portal.




Home Page Layout


The Home Page is broken into sections to make browsing easier to navigate. Some of the topics are redundant from one section to another.



  • Get Online Support - Click Connect to contact an online representative.



  • Find Solutions - Type in a question to search for a solution to your issue. Also see Browse Solutions.


  • Recent Items - List of recently active items.
  • Account Information - Your account information
    • Portal Login
    • Your Support Level
    • Representative Information
       


  • Important News and Software Downloads - Contains company news and the latest software downloads. To download software, click on the link for your program. Also see Software Downloads.
