The second set of buttons on the Home screen

is for printing reports of various employee activities.

 Time Keeper makes it very easy to print reports that show employee activity on a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly basis.

Clock In/Out Report

The Clock In/Out button will easily give you a printed report of when employees clocked in and clocked out.

  1. Press the Clock In/Out button.

  2. From this window, you can customize the information you wish to review and print.  The top box allows you to select all employees, specific employees, job codes or a job code template.  Make you selections as needed.

  2. You can further filter results by supervisory groups, date or site.  The button to filter by supervisory groups allows you to only show your employees.  This is a powerful tool for reducing the amount of information returned to you.

  2. This window allows you to narrow the results of your search.  The first part of the window allows you to refine the search by employee, job code or job code

Exceptions Report

The Exceptions Report button allows you to easily see employees who neglected to clock out or clocked out at the wrong cost center.  Both choices function in the same fashion. 

  1. Click the Exceptions Reports button.

  2. This button will give you two choices of reports to run:  No Clock Out and Wrong Cost Center Clock In.  Select the report you wish to see.

  2. Once you select, a window will appear.  We'll use the No Clock Out Exceptions report, but, again, both of these reports are set up and viewed in the same fashion.

  2. These arrows and circles highlight the areas where you can fine-tune the data you wish to view.  Change these as required and press Ok.  You will see the following page where you can print or save the document as needed.

Changes Report

The Changes Report button allows you to see what changes have been made in employee files.  Once you click the Changes Report button, you will be given two choices–Time Changes and Adds/Edits/Deletes.  Both reports function in the same fashion.
