Logging into the Customer Portal
Step 1 - Open the MCS Customer Portal in your web browser. ENTER LINK
Step 2 - Enter your login information. If you do not have login information, contact MCS Customer Support.
Step 3 - You will be taken to your District's/School's customer portal. From here you can access all areas of the portal.

Log in to Support Central
Login to the Support Central by navigating tohttp://help.heartlandschoolsolutions.com, then click Login to be taken to the login page. If you do not have an account, you can request access by sending an email to hss_resourcecentralrequest@e-hps.com.
You will now have access to the Support Portal. Select an option from the drop-down menus at the top of the page, or enter a word or phrase in the search bar to search our library of knowledge articles.
Home - Click the home button to return back to the main Support Central page.
Getting Started - Access various product resources, including the MCS Download Center, Mealviewer, and MySchoolBucks.
Knowledge - Access our Start of School Playbook, our blog, or browse our library of Knowledge Articles.
More - Access information for Training and Events, participate in community discussions or submit an idea, or update your District accounts and contacts.
Your Profile
Select your name from the upper-right corner, then select an option from the drop-down menu.

Home - Return back to the Support Central home page.
My Profile - View your profile information and some basic engagement statistics.
My Settings - Update who can see your profile information.
Contact Support - View support cases for your district or submit a new case.
Logout - Logs you out of Support Central.
