After configuring your sites, you can access the Sync Site Monitor to verify that they are synchronizing. Click the Admin breadcrumb, and then click Sync Site Monitor .
This page shows a list of all sites configured with Sync and the status and time of the last synchronization. In the Info section, you can search for specific sites by entering information in the Site field and clicking Search.

You can also filter for successful and failed synchronization attempts. When refreshing the page for new information, you can check the box for Auto Refresh and set a refresh interval of 1 to 10 minutes in order to automatically update this screen, or you can click Refresh to manually refresh the page.

Each site in list will have an associated synchronization status in the Status column, as well as a symbol representing that status. The possible statuses are Pending, Success, and Failure.

  • Pending: This status indicates that the initial synchronization of the site is in progress.
  • Success: This status indicates that the last synchronization of the site was successful.
  • Failure: This status indicates that the last synchronization of the site was not successful. In the event of a failure, click the Detail link to find more information on the cause of the failure.

To view details for a particular site, click the Detail link for that site. This screen shows the entire process of what is happening with that site. The log defaults to the current date, but you can view data for up to 14 days back by using the Log Date filter. You can also filter for different types of logs using the Log Level filter.

Details about the log entry display in the Message Detail column. Log entries with a level of "Warn" or
"Fatal" will also contain information in the Exception Detail column.

The log levels you can sort by are: x

  • Fatal : This log level indicates that a fatal error occurred with the WS Sync service itself.

...

  • Error : This log level indicates an error with synchronizing the data.

...

  • Warn : This log level is a warning that something has happened during synchronization. This does not indicate an error.

...

  • Info: This log level contains informational messages indicating what synchronization steps are occurring and have been completed.

...

  • Debug: This log level contains more in-depth messaging about synchronization steps than the

...

  • “Info” log level.

...

  • All: This option displays all available log levels.
