1. From the WebSMARTT Home page , select Customers .
2. Select Customer Management . The Customer Find Page opens.
3. Find the desired customer .
4. Select Eligibility Information . The Eligibility Information Page opens.
5. View the information.
6. Click Continue to return to the Customer Information Page.
How to edit the eligibility status
With the proper process assigned, you can edit the eligibility status of a student one time if the prior status
is no longer applicable. See the Eligibility Status field (below) and the WebSMARTT Security Administration help for more information. The manual eligibility status change is limited to one time, with a default expiration of 10 days before the status reverts back to prior type. Status change is only initiated on Paid students.
- From the WebSMARTT Home page, Click Customers.
- Under Customer Management, click Find Customer.
- Enter information into the

- search fields and click Search.
- Click the name or ID of the customer you would like to view.
- Click Eligibility Information.
- View the information. If you do not need to edit the eligibility status, click Continue to return to the Customer Information page.
- Select the status from the Eligibility Status drop-down list box. The choices are Free, Reduced, Paid, and Adult.
