Note

The Downloading and Installation procedure is the same for all software packages. Franklin is used as the example software. Simply substitute the software package you are installing for Franklin.

Setup the Connection Method in the Admin Console

If you do not know the server location or connection method, contact your IT department.


Step 1: Open the MCS Admin Console.

 

 


Step 2: From the Applications menu, select the Connection Methods option.

Step 3: Select the software package being installed from the Application Name section then click Edit.

Step 4: Enter the server connection information and click Ok.

Step 5: XP users may have to download .NET Framework on their system (service pack 4.0). If internet access is not available on the installation machine, the

Step 6: On the Installation Complete window, click Next.

Step 7: On the Completing the Franklin Setup Wizard window, click Finish. Franklin is now installed.
