  1. Locate and click on Reopen Past Day from the ribbon.

After School Counts

The After-School Counts allows you to post specific meals (free snack, supper, etc.) that occurred after the last meal of the last operating day without having to re-open and re-post the day. If a second operating day has been started, the ability to select one of the past two operating days is available. Editing after-school counts can only occur once in the below procedures. Additional edits must occur by re-opening and re-posting a day.Step 1: Locate

  1. Locate and click on After-School Counts.

  1. Select which operating day in which you wish to enter school counts. Then, click Ok.

    Note

    This window may not appear if a second operating day has not been started. If this window does not appear, continue to Step 3.
