Logging into the Customer Portal

1. Login to the Customer Portal by accessing the Heartland Payment Systems - School Solutions - MCS Software homepage. Then, select one of the following 3 options:
   1. Click on Sign In and select MCS Customer Portal.
   2. Click the Support link on the right under MCS Software and select the MCS Customer Portal link.
   3. Click the Support tab and select the MCS Customer Portal link.

1. You will be redirected to the Compass Customer Portal login page. Click on the button named Click Here To Login on the page.

1. Enter your Username and Password and click Login. If you do not have login information, contact MCS Support.

1. You will be taken to your District/School Home Page. From here you can access all areas of the portal.
