Clocking Into MCS Time Keeper

When you launch MCS Time Keeper, you will be presented with the Clock-in/Out screen if the computer is attached to a terminal.

 Logging Into an Attached Computer
  1. Once you double click the MCS Time Keeper Icon, you will be presented with the Clock In/Out screen.  

  2. Choose one of the available Clock-in/Out tabs by clicking on it.

    1. Username/Password - Enter your Username by typing or by selecting it from a list in the drop-down menu.

    2. Global PIN - Enter your pin number.

    3. Finger Scanner - Place your finger on the scanner for recognition once you have been enrolled in the system.

    4. PalmSecure Scanner - Place your palm over the scanner for recognition once you have been enrolled in the system.

  9. Click the Clock-In button to clock in for the day.

    Note

    Once a clock-in has been logged, accessing the Change Job Code or Travel buttons will automatically clock you out from previous clock-ins.

  10. If you have more than one job code and need to clock time for a different job, click the Change Job Code button.

    Select the correct job and to clock-in with and click Ok.

  11. If your job requires you to travel from one location to another, click the Travel button.

    User the drop-down arrow to select a different location. Then, click Ok.

    You will receive a message once you have successfully clocked travel time. Click Ok.

  12. Clock out at the end of the day by logging in and clicking the Clock-Out button.
