One of MCS Time Keeper's strengths is that a supervisor can access the main menu, and all of its tools, from any computer in the system. This frees you from having to be in your office, or at one specified computer, to correct clock in/out errors, run reports or oversee the program. |
- When Once you double click on the MCS Time Keeper Icon, the following screen will appear.
Simply type your User Name and Password into the appropriate boxes and click Ok. After a few moments, you will see the MCS Time Keeper Menu Bar appears. - This menu bar is where you will complete most of your work. It is explained in the next section.
- Once you double click the MCS Time Keeper Icon, you will be presented with the Clock In/Out screen.
Click the System Login Button.
The Timekeeper Login Window will appear.
Type your User Name and Password into the appropriate boxes and press Ok.
After a few moments, the Menu Bar will appear.
You are ready to oversee MCS Time Keeper.you will be presented with the Clock In/Out screen. - Choose one of the available Clock-in/Out tabs by clicking on it.
- Username/Password - Enter your Username by typing or by selecting it from a list in the drop-down menu.
- Global PIN - Enter your pin number.
- Finger Scanner - Place your finger on the scanner for recognition once you have been enrolled in the system.
- PalmSecure Scanner - Place your palm over the scanner for recognition once you have been enrolled in the system.
