Request Details: As a Free & Reduced Clerk, I would like a new DC Import Tool for a new 2nd DC file that we will be receiving from the state in order to match my district students.

The current Mississippi plugin needs to have the information attached to the parent of this case added to it as a 2nd type of import (similar to Louisiana where there is an import spec for both the state and district match DC files). They will still get the district match file, but will also run this file at different times of the year.
