Site Selection
A "Site" is a considered a school, central kitchen, warehouse, vendor, or unmanaged site. When connecting to a "site", you may only choose those internal to the District - school, central kitchen, warehouse. It may be necessary for you to connect to a different site; however, this should not occur on a regular basis.
Step 1: Click on the Edison icon in the top, left-hand corner of the screen. Then, choose Select Site.

If you prepare, order, receive, manufacture, and/or produce meals for more than one site, you must select each site and start the day in order to complete daily tasks. |

Step 2: Select a site location. Then, click Ok.
Once a site has been selected, it will be noted at the bottom of the screen.

Unselect Site
Once you have finished tasks for a site, you can deselect the sitewithout logging out of the system.
Click on the Edison icon in the upper left-hand corner of the program. Then, choose Unselect Site.

My Profile
The My Profile option allows you to change your password and customize your user settings.
Change Password
Step 1: From the Edison icon button, select the My Profile option. Then, click Change Password.

Step 2: Establish your new password. Then, click Ok.

A notification box will appear when a user has requested an override request to perform functions of which they are not regularly allowed permission. For more details about Override Requests, refer to Release Override Requests. When a pending override request exists, you receive a notification at the bottom of the screen. Click on the notification to access the Review Pending Permission Override Requests tab.

Barcode Scanner
Step 1: From the Edison icon button, select the My Profile option.

Then, click Barcode Scanner.
Step 2: Select the barcode reader configuration to use on the current machine. Then, click Ok.
