Login to the Support Central by navigating tohttp://help.heartlandschoolsolutions.com, then click Login to be taken to the login page. If you do not have an account, you can request access by sending an email to hss_resourcecentralrequest@e-hps.com.
You will now have access to the Support Portal. Select an option from the drop-down menus at the top of the page, or enter a word or phrase in the search bar to search our library of knowledge articles.
Home - Click the home button to return back to the main Support Central page.
Knowledge Getting Started - Access various product resources, including the MCS Download Center or other Heartland product learning centers from here. You can also access our File Library or look through knowledge articles related to your Heartland product(s).
Topics - Select your product from the drop-down menu to see the associated knowledge articles.
District Management - Select an option from the drop-down menu to review cases, contacts, addresses, and invoices for your district.
Ideas - Let your voice be heard! Submit an idea you have about things we could improve in the future!
