Log in to the Customer Portal

  1. Login to the Customer Portal by

    accessing the Heartland Payment Systems - School Solutions - MCS Software homepage. Then, select one of the following 3 options:
    1. Click on Sign In and select MCS Customer Portal.
    2. Click the Support link on the right under MCS Software and select the MCS Customer Portal link.
    3. Click the Support tab and select the MCS Customer Portal link.

  2. You will be redirected to the Compass Customer Portal login page. Click on the button named Click Here To Login on the page.

  3. Enter your Username and Password and click Login

    navigating tohttp://help.heartlandschoolsolutions.com, then click Login to be taken to the login page. If you do not have

    login information, contact MCS Support

  4. You will be taken to your District/School Home Page. From here you can access all areas of the portal.

  2. You will now have access to the Support Portal. Select an option from the drop-down menus at the top of the page, or enter a word or phrase in the search bar to search our library of knowledge articles.

  • Home - Click the home button to return back to the main Support Central page.

  • Knowledge - Access the MCS Download Center or other Heartland product learning centers from here. You can also access our File Library or look through knowledge articles related to your Heartland product(s).

  • Topics - Select your product from the drop-down menu to see the associated knowledge articles.

  • District Management - Select an option from the drop-down menu to review cases, contacts, addresses, and invoices for your district.

  • Ideas - Let your voice be heard! Submit an idea you have about things we could improve in the future!

Your Profile

Select your name from the upper-right corner, then select an option from the drop-down menu.

  • Home - Return back to the Support Central home page.

  • My Profile - View your profile information and some basic engagement statistics.

  • My Settings - Update who can see your profile information.

  • Contact Support - View support cases for your district or submit a new case.

  • Logout - Logs you out of

  • the customer portal
  • Support Central.
