Logging Into MCS Time Keeper

When you launch MCS Time Keeper, you will be presented with one of two Login screens.  One screen appears if the computer is not attached to a terminal – employees aren't using this computer for clocking in.  The other screen appears if the computer is attached to a terminal and employees use it to clock in and out.

Logging Into an Attached Computer

If the computer you are using happens to have been used last as an attached computer, enabling employees to clock in and out, you will see the Employee Clock In and Out screen.  To move to the main menu, you must complete a few steps.

Info

One of MCS Time Keeper's strengths is that a supervisor can access the main menu, and all of its tools, from any computer in the system.  This frees you from having to be in your office, or at one specified computer, to correct clock in/out errors, run reports or oversee the program.

  1. Once you double click the MCS Time Keeper Icon, you will be presented with the Clock In/Out screen.

  2. Click the System Login Button.

  3. The Timekeeper Login Window will appear.

  4. Type your User Name and Password into the appropriate boxes and press Ok.

  5. After a few moments, the Menu Bar will appear.

  6. You are ready to oversee MCS Time Keeper.
