Overview

Customer Info reports allow you to review reports about specific customer information.

From the Reports and Letters tab, locate and click on Customer Info.

Tip

The following Customer Info Reports now have the ability to "Run for each school in the school filter." This allows the report to be run separately for each school while grouping the entire District together in one file for ease of printing and distribution.

Account Statement

The Account Statement allows you to print out a statement of a customer's activity for a single date or a date range. Additionally, a history of any letters sent during the time period is included.

  1. Click on Account Statement located in Customer Info.

  2. Click the ellipsis icon to open the Pick Customer window.

  3. Pick a customer. Then, click Ok.

    1. Enter the Customer Name (first, last, and/or partial is acceptable), Student Number, SIS Data, POS ID, School (drop-down menu), F&R Attached (drop-down menu), and/or Inactive (drop-down menu) to narrow the search.

    2. Click the Refresh button.

    3. Select the correct student from the list.

  4. Establish additional options. Then, click Ok.

Show activity from - Use the calendar tools to select a From and to range.
Options - Select one or more additional options to include in the report.


Barcode Labels

Barcode Labels are used for the scanning system in order to identify a customer. If your cafeteria uses barcode scanners, you may print out labels for the entire cafeteria, a particular grade, or select customers from this option. Please check with your supervisor or Central Office staff prior to printing barcode labels.

  1. Click on Barcode Labels located in Customer Info.

  2. Establish Barcode Label options. Then, click Ok.

Report Layout - If you have created a different layout for barcode labels, use the drop-down menu to select the correct one.
Filter by Cafeteria - Use the radio buttons and then the drop-down menus to select a Cafeteria, Category, or the Entire District.
Print bar-code labels for POS Customers - Click the ellipsis icon to open the Select POS Customer Records window (Follow the same procedures noted in the Account Statement Report for locating a customer. You may select multiple customers at one time by holding down the Control (Ctrl) button on your keyboard while choosing customers.
Customer Categories - Select one or more customer categories.
Include only customers in grade - Use the drop-down menu to select a particular grade.
Sort By - Select how to sort the report.
Options - Select additional options to include in the report.
Include POS Customer Types - Select one or more POS customer types.
Run for each cafeteria in the cafeteria filter - Select this checkbox to run this report for each cafeteria within your selection.


Biometric Enrollment Report

The Biometric Enrollment Report allows you to review enrollment details. If a customer is having repeated issues on the serving line, the report can be run to show the device type and date of last enrollment. If the customer enrolled using the Child Hand Guide and is now using the Big Hand Guide, re-enrollment is necessary. If it has been a number of years since the customer has enrolled, re-enrollment may be necessary.

  1. Click on Biometric Enrollment Report located in Customer Info.

  2. Establish Biometric Enrollment Report options. Then, click Ok.

Filter by Cafeteria - Use the drop-down menu to select a Cafeteria or Category and Cluster. You may also choose the Entire District.
Customer Categories - Select one or more customer categories.
Include POS Customer Types - Select one or more POS customer types.
Report Mode - Select which data to report.
Options - Select additional options to include in the report.


Customer Allergies

The Customer Allergies report information allows you to view student numbers, student names, and food allergies.

  1. Click on Customer Allergies located in Customer Info.

  2. Establish Customer Allergies options. Then, click Ok.

Filter by Cafeteria - Use the drop-down menu to select a Cafeteria or Category and Cluster. You may also select the Entire District.
Include POS Customer Types - Select one or more POS customer types.
Options - Select the checkbox to Include Multi-Reimbursable Accounts.
Show Students with Allergies - Use the drop-down menu to select a specific allergen.
ID Number to Display - Select how you would like the customer to be identified in the report.
Group By - Select how you would like the customers to be grouped in the report.
Sort By - Select how to sort the report.
Run for each cafeteria in the cafeteria filter - Select this checkbox to run this report for each cafeteria within your selection


Customer Change Tracking

The Customer Change Tracking report tracks any changes made to a customer, the date the change occurred, and the user who made changes.

  1. Click on Customer Change Tracking located in Customer Info.

  2. Establish Customer Charge Tracking options. Then, click Ok.

    Date Range (inclusive) - Use the calendar tools to choose a From and to date range.
    User - Click the magnifying glass icon to search for particular system users.
    Customer - Click the ellipsis icon to display a drop-down menu and then select a Customer, or leave it at the default of (all users)
    Reason - Select all checkboxes for the change in customer account reasons.


Customer Subscriptions

The Customer Subscriptions report shows customers who are subscribed to a secondary cafeteria in which meals are received.

  1. Click on Customer Subscriptions located in Customer Info.

  2. Establish Customer Subscription options. Then, click Ok.

Show Subscriptions by Cafeteria - Use the drop-down menu to select a Cafeteria or Category and Cluster. You may also select Entire District.
Show subscriptions for customer - Click the ellipsis icon to open the PIck Customer window (Follow the same procedures noted in Customer Info#Account Statement for locating a customer).
Options - Select one or more options to include in the report.


External Balance Changes

The External Balance Change report shows changes made at other cafeterias, Central Office such as payments, transfers, NSF checks, and online payments.

  1. Click on External Balance Changes located in Customer Info.

  2. Establish External Balance Changes options. Then, click Ok.

Cafeteria - Use the drop-down menu to select a cafeteria.
Date Range (inclusive) - Use the calendar tools to choose a From and to date range.
Sort By - Select how to sort the report.
Balance Adjustments made at other cafeterias or the central office - Select one or more options to include.


Master POS Customer List

The Master POS Customer List displays POS customers, balances, and statuses. Additional filters and options are included in the report.

  1. Click on Master POS Customer List located in Customer Info.

  2. Establish Master POS Customer List options. Then, click Ok.

Filter by Cafeteria - Use the drop-down menu to select a Cafeteria or Category and Cluster. You may also select the Entire District.
Customer Categories - Select one or more customer categories.
Balance - Select how balances should be included.
ID Number to Display - Select the ID number to display in the report.
Group By - Select how to group results.
Sub-Group By - Select how to sub-group results.
Sort By - Select how to sort results.
Options - Select additional options to include.
Show Meal Status - Select how meal status should be displayed.
Include POS Customer Types - Select which POS customer types to include.


Newly Added POS Customers

The Newly Added POS Customer report allows you to view all recently added POS customers after an established date.

  1. Click on Newly Added POS Customers located in Customer Info.

  2. Establish Newly Added POS Customers options. Then, click Ok.

Filter by Cafeteria - Use the drop-down menu to select a Cafeteria and Category or Cluster. You may also select Entire District.
Show POS Customers Add Since - Use the calendar tool to choose a date.
Customer Categories - Select one or more customer categories.
Include POS Customer Types - Select one or more POS customer types.


Outstanding Charges

The Outstanding Charges report allows you to review all POS customers with current outstanding charges.

  1. Click on Outstanding Charges located in Customer Info.

  2. Establish Outstanding Charges options. Then, click Ok.

Filter by Cafeteria - Use the drop-down menu to select Cafeteria and Category or Cluster. You may also select the Entire District.
ID Number toDisplay - Select how the ID number should be displayed.
Group By - Select how to group results.
Sub-Group By - Select how to sub-group results.
Sort By - Select how to sort results.
Options - Select the checkbox to Show Price Category.


Price Category Changes

  1. Click on Price Category Changes located in Customer Info.

  2. Establish Price Category Changes options. Then, click Ok.

Filter by Cafeteria - Use the drop-down menu to select a Cafeteria or Category and Cluster You may also select Entire District.
Show Price Category Changes in Date Range - Use the calendar tools to select a From and to date range.
Include POS Customer Types - Select one or more POS customer types.
Sort By - Select how to sort the report.
Options - Select one or more options to include.


See Manager

The See Manager report allows you to review all customers with See Manager notes associated with the customer account.

  1. Click on See Manager located in Customer Info.

  2. Establish See Manager options. Then, click Ok.

Filter by Cafeteria - Use the drop-down menu to select a Cafeteria and Category and Cluster. You may also select the Entire District.
Include POS Customer Types - Select one or more POS customer types.
Options - Select the checkbox to Include Multi-Reimbursable Accounts.
Sort By - Select how to sort the report.


Student Roster

The Student Roster can be printed in circumstances where it is necessary to utilize a hardcopy to record meals served.

Tip

You can make a custom Student Roster Report that automatically includes Barcodes on it!
Configure the Student Roster Report to have automatically Barcodes in Admin & Maintenance > Advanced Setup > Report Menu Configurations.
Once you you’ve made your Custom Student Roster with Barcodes Report, the report will be listed in the Customer Info Reports Menu.

  1. Click on Student Roster located in Customer Info.

  2. Establish Student Roster options. Then, click Ok.

Filter by Cafeteria - Use the drop-down menu to select a Cafeteria, or Category and Cluster. You may also select the Entire District.
Report Layout - If you have created a different layout for barcode labels, use the drop-down menu to select the correct one.
Customer Categories - Select one or more customer categories.
ID Number to Display - Select the ID number to display in the report.
Group By - Select how to group results. Selecting to group by Grade will give you a total of students for each grade at the top of the report.
Sort By - Select how to sort results.
Options - Select additional options to include.
Include POS Customer Types - Select one or more POS customer types.
Run for each cafeteria in the cafeteria filter - Runs the report to include each cafeteria in the filter.


Temporary Status Overrides

  1. Click on Temporary Status Overrides located in Customer Info.

  2. Establish Temporary Status Override options. Then, click Ok.

Filter by School - Use the drop-down menu to select a Specific School, Schools in Cafeteria, or Category and Cluster. You may also select All Schools.
Options - Select one or more options to include.
Sort By - Select how to sort results.
